Scheduling Policies
Please call us 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to notify us 48 hours prior to your appointment will result in a $80 cancellation fee.
Young Children
Treatment appointments for young children and those who require sedation will be scheduled in the morning hours. Experience has proven that young children do much better and appointments are easier when your child, the doctor, and the staff are fresh.
Exams & Cleanings
Recall appointments are made four to six months in advance, at the time of the visit, for your convenience. We highly recommend setting up the recall appointment at the time of service to ensure that you are able to get your requested time since appointments are scheduled far in advance.
Safety Policy
We ask parents with children under the age of 18 remain on the premises during their treatment time or provide a contact number where they can be reached immediately.
Super Star Tips
*The first appointment in the morning or in the afternoon is almost always the best for on-time performance.
*We provide excused absence forms for your child's school.
